Frugal Tips: Woolzie Dyer Balls & Giveaway

Print Friendly

Dryer balls are an item I have always wanted to try. Recently I was sent a box of Woolzie dryer balls to try. During the Christmas holidays we had a houseful of company, what better time to try them out. Lots of company meant lots of laundry!

I know that fabric softeners, no matter what the form, liquid or in dryer sheets, contain chemicals that are toxic to the environment. Many people have allergic reactions to fabric softeners. However I have used them time to time to get rid of static.

Woolzies Dryer Balls are 100% Eco friendly and you can use them over and over. In fact the Woolzie Dryer Balls are supposed to be good for 1000 loads. After my first load I was thrilled with the results. The balls helped reduce static and helped reduce wrinkles. They bounce around in the dryer helping to separate the clothes and create space between your laundry, the end result is the clothes dry faster. What’s not to like here is a product that saves energy,  time and money!

The six Woolzie Fryer Balls I was sent are enough for a small, medium or a large load of laundry. They do recommend using 8 of the dryer balls if you are drying an extra large load.

Woolzie Dryer Balls are completely handmade. They are not mass produced so you may notice some variation in size.  If you haven’t tried Woolzie Dryer Balls yet check out their website Woolzies.com and order a set! Woolzies was kind enough to provide a set for a giveaway! Enter below for your chance to have your own set of Woolzies Dryer Balls!
