This year I decided to take my future into my own hands, starting with my health. I stopped fast foods, buy non-GMO, planted a garden to harvest my own veggies, etc. I’ve been cutting out as many bad things from my diet as possible – I even broke the 30+ year love affair I had with diet Coke. I’m feeling better than ever and managed to lose a bunch of weight as a side effect. For me, this mill will allow me to take the next step in healthy eating. I’ve always enjoyed baking and have gotten away from purchasing the pre-made products at the stores. With this mill I don’t have to worry about bleached flours. I can also experiment with different grains. Thanks for the awesome giveaway!

I would absolutely love my own grain grinder. I have very limited and spotty income and have not been able to afford one. I am an avid follower of Sally Fallon and Weston A. Price’s ‘traditional nutrition’ but one of my biggest problems is not being able to get ahold of sprouted flour. Things would be so much better for me and my family health-wise if we could stop buying store-brand flour and breads and can make our own, freshly ground sprouted flour. But I need a grain mill to do that! This is an awesome opportunity and I would love nothing more than to get chosen for the mill.

  • Barbara Thorbjornsson says:
